Dinner tonight, compliments of our first vegetable garden. Grilled chard ("charred chard"), fennel, lemon thyme, watermelon radish, and sweet peas. It was my first attempt at a garden this year and it really is as simple as putting seeds in dirt. Although, I will say that composting is on my "learn to do" list.
